Refund Policy

Where applicable we would provide refund for any product purchased from www.mastereto.com that are requested within a 30-day period unless stated otherwise in the product description.

We only grant refund request to buyers who have beyond reasonable doubt used the information contained in the product without seeing results and has contacted the support team for assistance and they were unable to help – within 30 days from the date of purchase. (Unless stated otherwise in the product's description of course.)

We would not grant refunds for reasons such as – "I am no longer interested in purchasing the product/service" or "I found the same resource somewhere."

We believe that customers have responsibilities and should apply themselves properly to the training information provided.

Refund request should be submitted via email to [email protected]. If the request is valid based on our terms, Refund would be granted.
